"Naftogaz of Ukraine" announced the beginning of enforcement of the debt to "Gazprom"
Ukrainian "Naftogaz" begins the procedure for recovery of debts " Gazprom ". About it is notified on the Internet representation of the organization.
Chief commercial officer of Naftogaz Yuriy Vitrenko in the first day of the week met in Brussels with the EU Commissioner on competition Margrethe Vestager. At negotiations, Vitrenko said that "Gazprom" refuses to comply with the decision of the Stockholm arbitration on the compensation of losses of the Ukrainian organization.
"Given this position of the Russian side, "Naftogaz" is obliged to officially start the procedure of compulsory execution of decisions in the EU and is preparing a new claim with the requirement to compensate for losses caused by the non execution of decisions of the arbitration to "Gazprom"
