Sharon Stone says the secret to looking great is "clean living"
The 52-year-old star is still in excellent shape and has flawless skin. Sharon is very careful about what she eats and the products she uses. The actress follows a sensible diet and swears positive thinking is the best way to ensure you lead a fulfilled life.
"Clean living, inside and out. That`s the best thing you can do for yourself," Sharon explained. "Put good, clean things in and on yourself. And have a good, clean sense of yourself. And live a happy life!"
The Hollywood star also revealed she regularly works out to stay slim and loves Pilates. Sharon does her best to practise the exercise method which is designed to elongate, strengthen and restore the body`s balance. If she does miss a Pilates class, she puts on some music and dances and stretches whenever she has time.
"I do work out, Pilates is my thing," she explained. "Pilates is hard, it`s hardcore. When I can`t get to Pilates, I do a dance yoga stretch thing. I put on the music and let go."
