Daniel Radcliffe wants to appear on Glee
The 20-year-old actor shot to fame when he was just 11 playing the title role in the Harry Potter film franchise. The boy wizard series is now coming to an end and Daniel is looking for other projects to occupy his time.
He has already signed on to star in Broadway musical How To Succeed In Business Without Really Trying next year, and hopes the production will bring him to the attention of the creators of the hit US show about a high school singing group. Daniel admits he is probably not skilled enough to appear on the programme yet, but hopes his voice and dance moves will soon be up to scratch.
"Yes, absolutely, I would consider it - it`s an amazing show and I [would] obviously be honoured to be asked," he told Access Hollywood. "But, I`m not sure I`m ready for that yet. They`ve got standards like Kristin Chenoweth!"
Daniel has already started brushing up on his singing and dancing ahead of his musical debut. The show is due to open in New York in March and the young star is already excited about it.
"We open, hopefully, in the spring. So, it`s very exciting. I`ll get my dancing shoes on," he said.
