The authorities of Transbaikalia will pay to families of victims in road accident with bus a million rubles
Family dead in road accident with bus near Sretensky in Zabaykalsky Krai will receive a million rubles, shall be notified on the official portal of the region.
Funds were allocated from the reserve Fund of the government of Transbaikalia.
Compensation is also provided for received damage: 400 thousand in the case of severe or medium damage to health. 200 thousand will be paid to passengers who have received minor injuries.
The accident was at the 60th kilometer of the highway Mogotuy - Sretensk - Oluchi on Sunday. The bus with 43 passengers travelled on the route Sretensk Chita. Due to a broken wheel, the vehicle drove off the roadway and fell on the ice in the river Kuenga. Lost the lives of 19 people, and among them the driver, 21 passengers were injured. Prosecuted under the criminal code.
TRANS-Baikal territory Governor Alexander Osipov announced on 2 December a day of mourning.
