Putin discussed with the parliamentarians the possibility of amending the Constitution
Vladimir Putin at a meeting with lawmakers said the possibility of adding changes to the Constitution to establish communication between different levels of government in Russia.
He noticed that the country leaders have to think over creation in Russia uniform system of public authority, " without prejudice to the rights and interests of municipalities ".
So the President has responded to the speech of the speaker of the state Duma Vyacheslav Volodin, who proposed to make "subtle changes" in the basic law of the country.
He made the initiative to discuss these problems and to formulate proposals.
"The feeling we all have, that we ought to improve those areas (which) let the point, but clearly will benefit our citizens." said Volodin.
