Died former head of Mothersurname Valentin Gorbunov, said the Mayor of Moscow Sergey Sobyanin.
Gorbunov began to organize and conduct elections in the 1970s, from 1993 he worked in Mothersurname. The first time he became Chairman in 1995, then was re-elected every four years. Own post he left in March of this year at the personal request.
