Ringo and Yoko in peace tribute
RINGO STARR joined YOKO ONO on stage in Reykjavik last night to play tribute to JOHN LENNON.
The drummer sang Give Peace S Chance with the PLASTIC ONO BAND at a memorial to mark the seventieth birthday of the former Beatle.
And son SEAN blew out 70 candles on a huge birthday cake.
Lennon was shot and killed outside his apartment in New York in December 1980.
Last week LADY GAGA honoured his memory when she performed a duet with Yoko in LA and yesterday son JULIAN LENNON and his mother CYNTHIA unveiled a peace monument to the legendary singer in his hometown of Liverpool.
