Bill Gates to fight malaria
The owner of "Microsoft" company Bill Gates declared that it is possible to defeat malaria which causes thousands of deaths every day world-wide.
Little attention is paid to this problem, in opinion of computer magnate, because the majority of diseased are in most poor countries of the world.
"The facts are that 2000 of children die every day. This is horrible. If this situation was in rich countries I am sure we would act more decidedly, - said Gates. - Science doesn`t stand still and creates new medicine. But people of poor countries that really need them can not afford this medicine".
Recently the richest man of planet made a donation of 250 millions dollars on development of new vaccine against malaria. Investigation of this medication revealed that vaccination decreases risk of child death by 58%.
Gates has assurance that malaria can be defeated. During last 5 years Gates donated about 5 milliards dollars for different charitable projects.
