Head of University of Culture convicted
Khimki city court sentenced rector of Moscow State University of Culture and Arts Tatyana Kiseleva to deprivation of right to hold leading post in state institutions of high professional education for 1 year.
Representative of Moscow regional Office of Public Prosecutor noted that during investigation it was established that Kiseleva, being an official of state educational institution, issued illegal diplomas of high education to graduates of judicial specialization without state accreditation of this specialization.
