Amanda Seyfried has no "energy" for a relationship
The `In Time` actress - who has previously dated Dominic Cooper and Ryan Phillippe - is happy being single at the moment and having some time to herself because she`s always had long-term boyfriends.
She said: "Although I think it`s easier to be in a relationship than be single, I just don`t know if I have the energy at the moment. In the past, whenever a relationship of mine ended, my friends would tell me to be single for a while - that it would be good for me.
"You don`t have to check in with anybody except your mother, and there`s all this freedom. You realise how many pressures come from being with someone."
However, Amanda is open to meeting guys and insists she would happily date a man who isn`t famous.
Talking about the pressures of being one half of a high-profile couple, Amanda told Glamour magazine: "Dominic and I were together for such a long time so the coverage was always positive but when you`ve just started seeing someone and that person is really famous, it`s more of a story. When I was with Ryan, people followed me so much more, and that`s probably one of the reasons I`m not looking to date someone who`s famous now."
