The toyboy, 25 - dumped by Jordan, 33, in October after eight months together - turned up at her home clutching a ring and begged for a second chance.
The mum of three - real name Katie Price - has still to give Argentinian Leandro her answer.
She has met him a few times since they split despite being linked to other men, including rugby ace Danny Cipriani.
Reality TV star Jordan told a friend: "Leandro came to mine on Christmas Day and asked me to marry him. It was a massive shock and completely out of the blue. I don`t know what to do."
The pal added: "For once Katie actually sounded a little guilty. Leo is desperate to get back together with her and doesn`t care she has been pictured out with other men since they broke up.
"He holds a flame for her and obviously believes asking for her hand in marriage will sweep her off her feet.
"Unfortunately he does not feature in Katie`s plans."
Jordan has spent the past few weeks trying to rebuild her relationship with ex-husband Peter Andre - father of her two youngest kids.
They had been planning to take Princess, four, Junior, six, and Harvey, nine - Jordan`s son with ex-footballer Dwight Yorke - on family outings for the first time since their 2009 divorce.
But the attempt to patch things up hit the buffers last week when she claimed Peter, 38, had threatened to tell Junior personal things about her.
Jordan and Leandro met at the Oscars in February shortly after she divorced second husband Alex Reid.
She swiftly moved him into her mansion in Woldingham, Surrey - but with the toyboy unable to speak English, the relationship soon soured.
Last night a spokesman for Jordan said: "She remains single."
