Leontiev retires on pension
During performance in St. Petersburg Valery Leontiev again declared to public that he must stop concerts because of health state.
After this announcement fans of singer were disappointed. Then director of Big concert Hall Emma Lavrinovich came to stage and suggested audience to ask Leonitev not to leave stage. Audience started to applaud on that suggestion and ovation didn`t stop until Leontiev promise to give another concert in St. Petersburg.
After concert singer admitted that if Lavrinovich didn`t ask him about that favor he would refuse and now he can not break promise given to fans.
Valery Leontiev plans to leave stage for a long time. After this information his fan sculptured singer as a golden god, slender, wearing skin-tight bell-bottomed trousers and with splendid chevelure. Singer placed this sculpture in his living room.
