First human cured of HIV
25-year old Andrew Stimpson became the first human who cured of HIV.
Mr. Stimposon was diagnosed HIV-positive in August 2002 but doctors considered him absolutely healthy 14 months later.
Meanwhile Mr. Stimpson insists that he did not take any medication for HIV. Docotors affirmed that there were no mistake with first diagnose of man but can not explain first in the world case of "spontaneous recovery".
Now Mr. Stimpson, sandwich seller, who broke up with his sexual partner 44-year old infected Huan Gomes, will become and object of medical examinations.
"This is unbelievable, I was looking at the face of death and now I am healthy, - announced Stimpson commenting his recovery. - All doctors say that it is miracle".
Stimpson said that he will co-operate with physicians in investigation of own organism because "it can become a step toward medicine for all HIV-positive".
