"Neva cheese" packed by inert gas
Company-parker "Neva cheese" started new line of cheese parking with inert gas.
They intend to refuse from traditional vacuum and increase amount of sales by 3 times. New equipment cost more than $500 thousands. But "Neva cheese" managed to buy technique in instalments.
Local market disliked vacuum packing because of significant disadvantage: without air soft sorts of cheese deforms. Cheese looks more attractive in inert packing.
"Customers don`t mind about cheese packing. They do care it is fresh. Therefore project of new packing is profitable for stores at first turn", - consider chef of "Friko".
According to sanitary rules packed in stretch-tape cheese has use-by date about one day. Inert packing preserves cheese for 120 days. Vacuum packing - only for 20 days.
