Berezovsky demands apologies for "Logovaz"
Russian businessman Boris Berezovsky has demanded official apologies for "Logovaz case".
Berezovsky showed in his published publicity statement in "Kommersant" newspaper that Russian arbitrage Superior Court presidium completed the case of "Logovas" at 1 November 2005 and officially confirmed groundlessness of all charges against Berezovsky and his partners.
Berezovsky considers Russian court supported the decision of English court which decreed his and his companions? prosecutions were caused only political reasons.
In this connection Berezovsky demanded to notify him about closing of the case officially, recall federal and international investigation warrants and extradition inquiries and publish apologies for "politically reasoned prosecution".
Berezovsky thinks new charges will be preferred against him in the near future.
"I have firsthand information that I will be charged with creation and financing illegal armed forces in Caucasia and attempting the life of the president of Russia, - Berezovsky says in his statement. - They want to make my return home impossible".
