Viktor Sadovnichy becomes head of university for fourth time
Viktor Sadovnichy has been elected head of Moscow State university (MSU) for the fourth time.
"98,53% of voters seconded Sadovnichy?s candidacy", - MSU press-cutting service reported.
According to returning board consisting of deans and MSU institute directors, 1090 ballots were cast.
1074 ballots were placet Sadovnichy?s candidature, 15 were non placet and one was declared invalid, RIA "Novosti" informs.
Sadovnichy himself says university community has much work to make university more authoritative in the country and abroad. "I promise everything in my power because I have no other values in my life except service to You and to Moscow university," - said the head of the university.
