Cistern with liquid nitrogen overturned in St Petersburg
According to provisional data a cistern that conveyed liquid nitrogen has overturned in St Petersburg.
Press-cutting service of central administrative board of Emergency Control Ministry reported traffic accident happened on Cimbalin bridge in Frunze district. "Ministry officials are going to the place now", - they said in press-cutting service.
