A state of emergency was declared in Guatemala and Salvador. This gives legislative power a right to send financial help on liquidation of hurricane damages without parliament approval and appeal to world society for help. USA government already replied on this appeal and suggested its help.
Soldiers take part in rescue operations and supply damaged regions with drinking water, food and medicine. Military helicopter evacuate children and aged.
Meanwhile National Centre of hurricane observation in Maiami informs that situation in Central America will not change within the next few days: downpour will continue for several days but its power will decrease
