National-Bolsheviks pay Kremlin guards off
The administrative department of Russian president and Federal custodial service have withdrawn a claim against activists of National-Bolshevik party who had captured public waiting room of the president.
According to Agranovsky accused recompensed for caused damage plaintiffs at the rate 142778 rubles.
The lawyer thinks the verdict on National-Bolsheviks must be attenuated because of renunciation of suit by the administration and Federal custodial service. "According to the law the court must take it to consideration as attenuating circumstance", - said Agranovsky.
The lawsuit of the case of 39 activists of National-Bolshevik party who captured public waiting room of the president 14 December of the last year is being carried on in Tver court in Moscow.
