Limits for mass actions in Moscow
Carrying out mass actions in Moscow will be limited for a week before elections to Mosgorduma.
According to the head of the Moscow government?s department for working with security services Nikolai Kulikov it was decided to permit only political mass-meeting since 27 November to 6 December. "Processions are not permitted for that period because they displeasure Moscow dwellers", - said Kulikov.
He said city authorities are preparing a resolution that permission for carrying out actions in the capital?s center must be given by Moscow government and not by the prefecture of Central administrative district. The date of the election is 4 December.
