Murders sentenced
Moscow court of justice sentenced to imprisonment six murders of the chief of the company "Almaz-Antey" Igor Klimov. The criminals are condemned for 22 of more years.
According to mass media, the court of justice brought in a verdict of guilty the leader of the criminal group Evgeny Mankov and he is sentenced to imprisonment till his death.
The court sentenced to imprisonment the policeman Vladimir Stepanov for 24 years. He lost his title. Afterwards he will never be able to work as a policeman.
Other murderes Alexander Burukin, Alexander Nikitin and Irek Nabiullin are sentenced to imprisonment for 23 years.
According to the officials it came out that the defendants were the members of the criminal group.
The chief of the company "Almaz-Antei" Igor Klimov was shot in June 6, 2003 at the moment he was leaving his apartment.
After all the investigation concerning his death the Department of Investigation of Russian Federation found out about the criminal group. This organization was indulged in a lot of crimes. Besides Klimov`s death the criminal group killed the chief of the company "Proshmashinstrument"(Saint-Petersburg) Elena Necheret in October 2003. And they also committed a lot of other crimes.
