Calculating Chamber raised claim to Rusenergo
Russian Calculating Chamber declared that Federal Agency of Russian energetic (Rusenergo) violated legislation during organization of state purchases.
Moreover, members of Calculating Chamber found out that Rusenergo spent funds of 66.5 millions of rubles on non-purpose needs. This conclusion was made by auditors during check-up of federal budget money use, which were given to support coal industry in 2004.
Auditors also noticed that financing of coal industry reconstruction was extremely uneven. Till present moment liquidation works of especially detrimental coal mines is not finished. As a result federal program of energetic effective economics is not fulfilled.
By the end of 2005 amount of coal production must amount to 300 millions of tons. But auditors stated that planned characteristics can not be achieved without start-up of new powers. For 9 months of current year 212 millions tons of coal were produced.
