New appointment in government
Premier-minister Mikhail Fradkov appointed Sergey Aristov as state-secretary - Russian transport vice-minister, discharging him from current position.
Appropriate decree was signed by premier-minister of Russian Federation, informed press-service of government.
Before that Fradkov appointed secretaries in other ministries. Dmitry Lavrov was appointed as vice- minister of education and science of Russian Federation. Vitaly Shipov - vice-minister of regional development, Lubov Glebova - vice-minister of health protection and social development.
