Processions in Moscow prohibited for 10 days
Mass actions in Moscow before elections are limited from present day, announced the head of capital administration over work with security organs Nikolai Kulikov. By his words, "at session of antiterrorist committee" with informing of law machinery, Federal Security Council was decided to allow only meetings from November 27 till December 6".
"Processions are not permitted at that period because they displease Moscow citizens", - said Kulikov. He also informed, that city authorities decided that permit for organization of actions in center of capital will be given by Moscow government, and not by Central administrative region prefecture. Elections in Moscow will be held on December 4.
