Luzhkov called Chubais absurdity
Moscow mayor Yuri Luzhkov called absurdity a statement of Anatoly Chubais about possible cessation of electricity in the capital in case of hard frost.
"I just can?t believe that was said. That is some absurdity", - said Luzhkov during the meeting of city government.
Earlier, 29 November, Chubais said in connection with deficit of electric facility RAO planned to disconnect electric power in Moscow if temperature sinks below -25 degrees centigrade or lower within three days.
