Luzhkov: Evacuators prevent street cleaning
The cars preventing street cleaning will be evacuated with the use of special equipment . The mayor of the capital Yuri Luzhkov declared about it on the government conference. "We need streets to be empty during cleaning", Luzhkov said. "Effective work of equipment is necessary", he added.
