Ettinger said that the EC only motivates Kyiv on payment for gas
The European Commission motivate Ukraine to make the following payment of the debts for gas from Russia, told correspondents of the European Commissioner for energy Gunther Oettinger.
" Continue constructive dialogues, all parties are required to move towards each other. I am a mediator, I cannot insist (on repaying the debt by Ukraine, I have the possibility to motivate.
