Petersburg Governor Valentina Matvienko said on Tuesday that Duma Council had seconded a proposal of St. Petersburg legislative and executive power representatives to transfer Constitutional court from Moscow to St. Petersburg. She also mentioned that each Duma group representatives had unanimously supported this proposal. "Now the draft of Constitutional court law amendment concerning the part of its placement must be prepared", noted she.
