AvtoVAS changes the Board of directors
On Wednesday at the special extraordinary general meeting of JSC "AvtoVAS" the Board of directors was retired and the new one elected, which also constitutes of 12 people.
In particular, the Rosprom chief Boris Aleshin, two representatives of Rosoboronexport, the authorized state export-import company, the director-general deputy Vladimir Artyakov and the head of department Igor Yesipovsky entered the Board of directors.
Besides, the Vneshtorgbank board members - the bank?s three senior vice-presidents Vasily Titov, Andrey Puchkov and Valery Lukyanenko, JSC "AVVA" vice president Dmitry Rasorenov , LLC "Kate" director-general Maxim Nagaytsev, the representative of minority shareholders Albert Gavrikov, "AvtoVAS" vice-president Vladimir Kuchai, "AvtoVAS" industrial council chairman Anatoly Melnikov and the motor works trade union committee chairman Nikolay Kargin have become the members of of the Board of directors.
Only three people from the former Board of directors have kept their chairs, these are Gavrikov, Melnikov and Kargin.
