The militia seized the building of the Prosecutor's office of the city of Donetsk For later use administrative in illegal activities, not related to the rule of law. On the given fact initiated criminal proceedings under Art. 341 of the Criminal code of Ukraine (the capture of the state or public buildings or structures)that is placed under the control of the Prosecutor of the region Nikolay Smart ", notified on the Internet representation of the Ukrainian Department. According to Smart during the seizure of the building no worker authorities have not suffered. All work, materials and equipment were taken in advance. According to Smart " neither the Prosecutor went on dialogues with the militia. He said that " currently the work of the Prosecutor's office of the city of Donetsk established outside "Workers " are fulfilling their responsibilities in full, continue procedural and investigative actions ". Frankowski said that Militias organized a reception of the Inhabitants.
