Renters allowed to be lazy on holidays
Moscow businessmen will not have to storm banks to be able to pay rent for January in December to avoid fines.
The Assets Department informed, usually payment day is on the 5th day of a month. Those who pay even one day later have to pay a fine. However, as far as there is 10 dais off in January, payment time will be prolonged to 20 of January. Thus, renters are to have twice as much time to slow start after the celebrations. To give money to public purse for offices and shops rent is possible until January 20. After this date businessmen won?t be able to justify themselves for the delay, and will have pay penalty fees.
As for prepayments, the Assets Department regional branches are not allowed to accept advance payments this year.
