Moscow mayor Yurii Luzhkov injured by low-quality fireworks
Yurii Luzhkov became the first victim of fireworks on the eve of New Year. The day before capital mayor came to State Council with a wound. There was a fresh sufficient abrasion on his bald head. Answering the questions of governors and journalists, Luzhkov joked: "It was a bandit bullet!".
Security of the mayor informed that "Yurii Mikhailovich fell while playing football". But the truth is that Luzhkov was wounded because of low-quality fireworks. "Fireworks were let off. The remains didn`t burn to ashes and hit me at the head", - said Luzhkov to one governor.
