Konstantinov appealed to the acting head of Crimea Sergey Aksenov with a petition to give instructions to the traffic police and the local authorities for a month to bring All road signs in order. According to his statement, travellers and holidaymakers who come to the Crimea, must feel that they are located in the new Russian region.

Crimea became Russian region after the passing there on 16 March referendum in which the majority of residents were in favour of joining the Russian Federation.
