Sharon undergoes fresh brain scan
Israeli Prime Minister Ariel Sharon has undergone a further brain scan, a day after emergency surgery to stop fresh bleeding in his brain.
The hospital said the scan was planned and did not indicate a change in Mr Sharon`s condition.
Doctors stemmed the haemorrhaging on Friday and said a subsequent scan showed some "significant improvement".
Mr Sharon, 77, is in a medically-induced coma after suffering a massive stroke on Wednesday night.
