Former district militia officer was put into prison
"Regional court of Perm returned guilty former district militia officer Vladimir Trofimov of organization of 4 murders and of swindling and sentenced him to 25 years of deprivation of liberty", - a site of General Office of Public Prosecutor reports. Former militia officer after he was pensioned off, organized a criminal association. He made acquainted of local alcoholics along with his accessories and with deception took general letter of attorney for property sale. Then ex-owner was turned out or murdered.
Trofimov?s assistants Nikolai Silantiev and Egor Babikov undertook roles of killers. Financing of deals and paper work necessary for purchase and sale of apartments were the illegal Eduard Kobelev?s business.
Court sentenced Babikov to life imprisonment. Silantiev was sentenced to 17 years of deprivation of liberty. He was found guilty of murder and misprision of crime.
Kobelev was called to account too, for illegal business undertaking. He was put to 3 years of deprivation of liberty on probation.
Moreover court obliged to pay victims towards property and moral damages 775000 rubles from Trifonov and 275000 rubles from Babikov.
Now it possible to make a complaint against verdict, as long as it is not in validity yet.
