Spring session of State Duma starts today
Spring session of State Duma starts today and will last from January 11 till July 16, 2006.
First vice-chairman of the chamber Lubov Sliska informed delegates about approximate program of legislative work in State Duma during spring session.
Moreover, lower chamber of parliament will examine amendments to constitutional law "About Russian government" (consequences for delay of state opinion on bill); amendments to Criminal-procedural Code of Russian Federation (procedures of petitions, submitted by participants of criminal legal proceedings, passing to court, procedures of secret notarial and advocatory information receiving); amendments to Russian Criminal Code (criminal responsibility for trade with people, production, purchase, keeping, transportation and sale of unlabeled products; specification of objects of high treason).
