Irina Slutskaya satisfied with new uniform for Olympic Games-2006
Famous Russian figure skater Irina Slutskaya is pleased with new uniform BOSCO SPORT developed for the winter Olympic games-2006 for Russian team. She told about it to journalists in Olympic training centre on Wednesday.
"There are more items presented in the new outfit. It is more fashionable and up-to-date, there are even jeans", - said Slutskaya. She also noted to have no superstitions connected with clothes.
"I?m not superstitious at all, so I wear what I find comfortable", added she. Slutskaya also admitted to have a little different mood before Turin games comparing to the last Olympic games in Salt-Lake-City.
"I dispose myself to Turin in a bit different way", declared she. Slutskaya told, that she had performed at the skating ring in Turin, where figure skaters are to compete during the Olympic games.
"I performed in Turin last year, so I?m familiar with this skating rink, there shouldn`t be surprises", noted she.
The figure skater confessed to admire Italian language, though knowing just few words. She didn`t give exact answer to the question about keeping on with sport after the Olympic games. "I don?t know, it remains to be seen", she said.
The set of uniform clothes for each sports man or woman consists of 39 items: all necessary things for exercises, casual clothes, clothes for official events, and fine suit for victory ceremony. The Olympic collection is created in the single style, in red-and-white colour spectrum, with Russian national symbols.
