Putin promised to put those who survived blockade on the same footing as war veteran
The president of Russian Federation Vladimir Putin promised governor of St. Petersburg Valentina Matvienko to put those who survived blockade on the same footing as war veteran.
Matvienko informed about that today after meeting with president. According to her words corresponding draft is now viewed in State Duma but this initiative is not supported by deputies. Matvienko said that Putin promised to give a commission to State Duma and to discuss that question with the speaker Boris Gryzlov.
