Special regime of power consumption to be introduced in near-Moscow from 15:00
From 15:00 special regime of power consumption is introduced on territory of Moscow oblast. This decision was made during special session of Moscow regional emergency committee under chairmanship of vice-governor Aleksey Panteleev on morning of January 18.
"Such decision is connected with severe frost in central region and weather forecast of further temperature decrease", - noted Panteleev.
From 15:00 works on all large construction objects, where power-consuming equipment is used, will be stopped in near-Moscow. Moreover, electric transport will be substituted by buses in 50-km zone of Moscow circle automobile road.
Moscow regional anti-crisis center operates in special regime.
