Moscow promises to the Hague to return Milosevic back to court
Moscow is working out the questions of guarantees of returning Yugoslavian ex-President Slobodan Milosevic to the Hague tribunal in case that he is allowed to go to Russia for medical check-up, informed the Russian Federation Ministry of Foreign Affairs official Mikhail Kamynin.
"Russia is considering this question, all legal aspects are being studied", said Kalmykin.
According his words, "all international law norms must be taken in account in this question".
