Frost in capital to weaken by evening
Frost in capital will weaken, informed Moscow Hydrometeorological bureau on Friday.
By weather forecast, temperature in the town was -29 degrees centigrade on Friday morning.
Temperature will increase to -25-26 degrees in afternoon. The wind blows from eastern side, with speed of 5-10 meters per second. Atmosphere pressure remains high - 763 millimeters of mercury. It will be snowing.
Moscow temperature will fall till -26-27 in the evening.
