" It will be a working group, where it will not become mandatory participation at the level of heads of parliaments, for this reason, it seems dubious that the beginning of its activities will be required, for example, the consent of the speaker of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Oleksandr Turchynov, " added Slutsk.
He said that the group have the opportunity to enter 10-12 authorized member States of the organization. The main objectives of the group will develop recommendations for the peaceful exit from the Ukrainian fall and disseminate objective information to the OSCE about the events in the South-East of the country.
