A group of 30 observers from the Organization for Security and co-operation in the European Union (OSCE) arrived in the area of falling of the Malaysian Boeing, said on the last working day of the week authorized the press service of the OSCE Tatiana Baeva.

Before that, it was declared that the adoption of the Declaration of the OSCE on disaster with Malaysian Boeing delayed due to requirements of Ukraine, supported by the USA, to make the text of " the condemnation of the terrorists ". On the last working day of the week the UN security Council has urged to conduct a thorough independent international proceedings disaster Malaysian Boeing in the East of Ukraine.
