Gref sees no necessity in integration of AutoVAZ, KamAZ and GAZ enterprises
The head of Russian Ministry of Economic Development and Trade German Gref sees no necessity in integration of AutoVAZ, KamAZ and GAZ enterprises. The minister has expressed this opinion during business trip to India.
"I don`t see any prerequisites for integration", - commented Gref the messages about possible integration of automobile plants into holding.
By Gref`s words, "KamAZ and GAZ have good perspectives, and AutoVAZ have projects but no business-plan".
The minister has noted that issue of state investments in AutoVAZ can not be examined without business-plan.
"Until there is no business plan, there will be no state investments or conversion of AutoVAZ debt before budget into shares", - said Gref.
