"Antiquarium" festival to be held in Moscow
International music festival "Antiquarium" will be held in concert halls of Moscow on April 29-May 1.
More than 100 singers from 12 world countries will perform 30 concerts for 3 days of the contest.
"We wanted to refuse from traditional concert structure in organization of the whole festival and inside of several concerts", - said the author of idea and art-director of festival Olga Filipova.
The festival will consist not only of concerts but master-classes and dance academies.
There will be many performances of young musicians, including students and post-graduates of Moscow conservatoire.
The festival will be held in non-stop regime. The concerts will start at 10:00 and end at midnight.
Festival "Antiquarium" will present 3 main projects: "Venetian coronation of 1595", "French romances and cantilenas of XV-XVII" and "Red Hot Baroque" concert, which will be decorated in "fantasy" style using video-projections and modern light-audible equipment.
