The Prosecutor General's office of Ukraine filed to the head of PR Efremova
Chief Prosecutor's office of Ukraine has agreed data on opening a criminal case concerning the head of fraction of Party of regions in Verkhovna Rada, Oleksandr Efremov.

" due to the statements of the main investigation Department of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine on July 16 in the unified register of pre-trial investigation of entered data about criminal offence, stipulated by the second part of article 364 (abuse of power or official position) of the criminal code of Ukraine ", - confirms the Prosecutor's office.
This message was related to the fulfilment of pressure on officials from state factories Luhansk region during carrying out of procedures for procurement of services on the installation of mining equipment and low-voltage equipment. Now the General Prosecutor's office specified in criminal proceedings are proceedings on the facts stated in the petition.
