Rate of economic growth to cause electric energy deficit
Vladimir Putin considers that the deficit of electric energy production may become a natural limiter of economic growth.
"Recently we address to energy problems and problems of energetic industry development more often. And winter is not the one to blame", - said Russian president during meeting on energy issues.
In his opinion the origin of the problem lies in continuous economic growth.
"Few people have believed that actual rates of Russian economic growth will meet declared standards. The deficit of electric energy production becomes the reality and it may become the natural limiter of economic growth", - noted the head of the state.
