Gilder pilot left 2 towns without electricity in Sakhalin
Gilder pilot has left 2 towns - South Sakhalinsk and Korsakov - without electricity.
As it was informed by representative of "Sakhalinenergo" company, flying along high-voltage line gilder pilot emergency landed.
"Parachute of the pilot hung on a wire. Fortunately, the pilot was not hurt. But automatic security alarm worked from contact of parachute with wires, which caused de-energization. Energy supply was restored within half an hour", - informed press-service of "Sakhalinenergo".
For six months this is the third case in Sakhalin, when para planerists are to blame for energy supply cut off. Administration of "Sakhalinenergo" appealed to local authorities with request to determine territories for gliding trainings in order to avoid possible fall of sportsmen on electric main.
