Khodorkovskii is a usual condemned
"If Mikhail Khodorkovskii and Platon Lebedev to be deported to Siberia for service of sentence, they will stay in a colony like the other condemned", - said a deputy chief of Admistration of Federal Office of Punishment Execution by Siberian federal district Ivan Zamorev.
"They are usual condemned for us. Law is one for all. We execute laws the same way for all. If Khodorkovskii and Lebedev come here, they would be kept like others." - said Zamorev.
Zamorev said that is was possible that Khodorkovskii and Lebedev could be deported to Siberian colony, but he does not have any information.
"Our center staff in Moscow discusses all questions about deportations of condemned. They define a region for deportation of this or that condemned." - the deputy chief explained.
The day before the deputy chief of Federal Office of Punishment Execution of Russian Federation Vladimir Semenuk confirmed that ex-chief of UKOS Mikhail Khodorkovskii and the head of MENATEP Platon Lebedev were deported from isolation ward to the place of service of sentence.
He did not say anything about places of service of sentences.
