Owners of capital internet-cafes permitted no pupils during school hours
This was announced by first mayor assistant in Moscow administration Ludmila Shveczova.
"We will watch closely on internet-cafe activity and their owners can lose license if there are pupils playing network games or watching non-educational during school hours", - noticed Shveczova.
"It is bad when child is not at school during school time. And it is even worse that he is occupied with secondary activity", - thinks mayor assistant.
At the same time, Shveczova noticed that town authorities will intensify learning component in work with pupils who visit internet-centers which open on the base of local libraries.
